Our support can come in many forms such as donations of landscape design services for a housing project, silent auction contributions or financial contributions, we know that helping others makes us all stronger.

HeroWorks is a non-profit organization that helps build and renovate facilities for other non-profits.

President Chris Stansfield became connected with HeroWorks years ago at the outset of this organization during a chance encounter with founder Paul Latour. Garden City has since been involved with six HeroWorks projects since that first chance encounter with Paul. We value our connection with HeroWorks and the important service it provides to the Greater Victoria community.

Garden City Tree & Landscape has ties to the Saanich Peninsula so it only made sense that we would help with this upcoming revitalization of the little league park which will benefit youth for years to come. We provided the landscaping for the batting cage in 2019.

Ecole Keating has a fantastic new playground at their school.

In 2016, Garden City Tree & Landscape heard about the theft of the Parent Association funds that had been earmarked for a new playground. Owners, Chris and Colin, immediately sat down to see how they could assist. They decided to offer to build a new playground for the school. This was a major contribution that exceeded $75,000.00 and they did with pride and for the kids! This playground includes teepee style gazebos and slides that look like part of the landscape. The layout of the playground and substantially increased the whole outside play area for the students.

The rural community of Metchosin has a very active community association that runs an annual silent auction and fundraiser. We donate products such as our organic mulch to this event.
