Delivery Policy
Deliveries are conducted within the greater Victoria, BC area. Customers will be notified of the delivery date and must ensure that a clear path is available for unloading the mulch. Any special delivery instructions must be provided at the time of order placement.
- Delivery Times: Deliveries are scheduled between 8 AM to 2 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Special Precautions: It is essential to indicate any nearby cables when giving directions for mulch placement to avoid damage. Please ensure there is a vertical clearance of no less than 15 feet to safely unload the mulch without causing any harm.
Reimbursement Process
Reimbursements for returns or canceled orders take between 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in the customer's account. To request a reimbursement, customers must contact our office, providing a reason and proof of purchase.
- Penalty for Administrative Costs: A penalty of 15% of the total order value will be charged for administrative costs associated with processing reimbursements.
