Originating from Chile and extending his professional roots to Canada, Rodrigo Rojas brings over 12 years of profound experience in Human Resources to our team since his transition in 2021.

His journey from organizational psychology and organizational development, through the mining industry, and into HR consulting, has allowed him to cultivate a diverse and rich career. As a proud alumnus of Camosun College with a specialization in HR Management, Rodrigo is not only enhancing our recruitment and performance management strategies but is also advancing his expertise as a CPHR candidate.
