Originally from Birmingham, England, Jake developed an early appreciation for creativity by studying Art and Design before discovering his passion for landscape construction. Over the past 17 years, he has built an impressive career specializing in creating high-end outdoor spaces that combine craftsmanship, functionality, and lasting quality.

Jake brings extensive experience in landscape construction, including large-scale natural stone and porcelain paving, wall cladding, dry stone walls, boulder retaining walls, water features, outdoor kitchens, decks, pergolas, fencing, and custom garden structures. His broad skill set also includes drainage systems, surveying and site layout, concrete and brickwork, heavy equipment operation with over 2,600 hours on mini excavators, machinery maintenance, and steel fabrication.

As a Landscape Construction Foreman at Garden City, Jake is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. His artistic background, combined with years of technical experience, allows him to transform complex landscape designs into beautiful outdoor spaces that clients can enjoy for years to come.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys resistance training, meditation, yoga, playing snooker, and is currently learning to play the fiddle.
